ABOUT THE CS-EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME
ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) has provided the CS Executive Syllabus and CS Exam Pattern 2021 on its official website. The Company Secretary Executive is the second level for CS which contains 2 modules. The candidates can prepare exam strategies with the help of the CS Executive Exam Pattern for 2021.
CS EXECUTIVE SYLLABUS AND EXAM PATTERN 2021
CS Executive Syllabus for old as well as new is available on the official website. The candidates can go through the topics covered under Company Secretary Executive Syllabus for June 2021 for each subject and prepare as per the old or new.
There is not much change in the Company Secretary Executive Syllabus new course as compared to the CS Executive Syllabus old but there are three OMR-based papers introduced in both the syllabus.
CS EXECUTIVE EXAM PATTERN 2021 | OVERVIEW
ICSI has specified the passing criteria for CS Executive Exam in which the candidates need to attain at least 40% marks in each subject and the overall aggregate should not be less than 50%. CS EXECUTIVE EXAM PATTERN FOR 2021
The Company Secretary Executive exam will be offline i.e. paper and pen-based. The following is the criteria for CS Executive Exam Pattern for June 2021:
- The Company Secretary Executive exam pattern objective or subjective will be 100 marks each.
- Negative marking -0.25 for every wrong answer.
- The candidates need to score at least 40 marks in every subject to clear the ICSI CS Exam.
- They must an aggregate total of 200 for each module to qualify the Company Secretary Executive level.
- The total should be at least 400 for both groups.
- The duration of the Company Secretary Executive exam will be for a total of 3 hours.
CS Executive Exam Pattern Objective or Subjective
CS Executive exam paper pattern for 2021 comprises objective as well as subjective questions. The candidates will be provided the OMR sheets for objective questions and normal answer sheets of sixteen pages for subjective papers.
The candidates have the option to choose Hindi and English language for subjective papers according to the CS Executive exam pattern for 2021. But the questions will be asked only in the English language for objective papers as there will be no option to choose the language. The candidates can choose the language at the time of filling the CS Executive exam form 2021.
